This quarterly practice will run from Monday 28th April (after Anzac Long weekend) until Saturday 5th July. A ten week online program. Once you have purchased the 2025 second quarter practice via the shop page or directly to me you will be given access to this portal.

NOTE: There are two options for purchase of the quarterly practice. This is for the online only option. If you wish to purchase the hybrid option of in person & online please revisit the shop page.

Yes, you can still opt to practice casually at $20 per class.
