Welcome to the 3rd quarterly practice for 2025. We traverse deep into Winter with a glimpse into the arrival of Spring.
This offering includes:
*One in person class per week
*Access to the online portal. Featuring a new class across an 8 week period. You can practice at any time across the term & short meditations & musings/notes from Melissa each week.
*A complimentary or make up class during the week beginning September 22. Yes, a free class on top of the already super value.

Description
Welcome to the 4th quarterly practice for 2025. Everything is returning to life with the arrival of Spring.
This offering includes 10 in person classes & online content for only $135
*One in person class per week
*Access to the online portal. This quarter will have access to all pre recorded content on my site. This includes up to 30 movement classes & additional meditations previously recoded by me. I will also be adding some new content as a bonus throughout the quarter.
*A complimentary or make up class during the week beginning December 15. Yes, a free class on top of the already super value.
This quarterly practice will run from Monday 6th October until Saturday 20th December.
Yes, you can still opt to practice casually at $20 per class.
