A snippet of this weeks flow

Some of you have asked for me to upload some of the sequences we move through in our practice, so here is my first attempt. It is not perfect by any means, it is just me sneaking out the back to fast track filming some of this weeks practice in between administering panadol to a sick child and expecting my son and a ping pong table to burst through the door in any minute. Yes this space is a revolving door of  dart boards, neighbourhood kids and ping pong tables and then for me yoga mats and ambient lighting. Though the incense traverses both landscapes, I need to import a shipping container of that stuff.
