A more gentle variation of yoga with bolsters and props to assist in keeping the class as relaxing & restorative as we like. A predominately floor based practice.
Elements of yin yoga are also utilised, promoting healthy stimulation to the connective tissue and in particular encourages structural shifts to the fascial matrix, less muscular effort and more surrendering to the stretch and the hold time. A practice for our yin tissues.
