Just now I have been reminded of the gap in time between day daybreak meditations in the crisp spring air space. (Oh my goodness it must be early last spring). Made complete and comfortable with thick socks and plenty of layers it is a divine practice to be a part of. As the days are beginning to increase in length at our place I can highly recommend switching the alarm on a little earlier, particularly for those who would love to incorporate meditation into there daily lives but are struggling with finding the time to do so.
